The hand holding the disc playing the back leg has been a huge one for me. It has made me realise how much more forward the disc should be on my x-step. Has me throwing the disc further and more accurately. Appreciate this one Brian. Finding the right mental cues is such a key.

This was awesome. I can’t believe after the seemingly hundreds of hours of instructional content I’ve watched, I’ve just now heard about the disc/disc hand following the timing of the back leg/xstep. This was a great explanation.

Man this is a good vid! Ive been peaching the lil pump fake forward b4 u throw 4 a while now! I used it to fix my timing (reaching back too early) i wld start the pump when i used to start my reachback and time it w my back foot/xstep. I had tried so many things b4 that but most wld not help or throw me off!

I love the level up series. I'm glad that these are back. I watch them as soon as they come out

I totally agree with looking down the fairway before reaching back. When I figure this out on my own. I was like how come no one is talking about this until this video. Props for sharing this info to the world.

Such a great teacher. Figured out through this tutorial that I’m taking my eyes off of the target and in turn I’m reaching instead turning my shoulders. Thanks buddy

I'm just starting to incorporate a small McBeth style pump, and in addition to helping with timing, I think it also helps me get my front elbow out away from my body so I don't collapse the power pocket.

Never really thgt about the disc getting behind the the back foot but makes sense! I also like the back foot being conmected to the disc hand, ive been trying to look at my backfoot and the disc 4 a split sec before I start moving the disc forward. It almost feels like I can push the disc forward or power my shoulder rotation with that back foot when I can see it and the disc when my throw starts. Hard to explain... but yeah

I believe this is a Zeny Sports 7x7 Baseball net. Holyn brought it for us to use for the shoot!

...Okay. I know when to release. It's just good observation. But how do I get 500 feet with a standstill and without a RHBH roller? In other words, other than "practice", how do I get more distance? Again, with a standstill throw. I can't do that kind of footwork.

I think your front leg brace is wrong. Seems to me it's leaking out power. Your plant leg shouldn't be bent like that. Should be completely straight and that equals a good plant stopping your momentum. Other than that pretty solid form, thanks for the video.
