Mam in this , before illustration one line is there in bare act book which you don't explain so can you explain me in comment only. An offer to one of several joint promises has the same legal consequences as an offer to all of them....

It simply means that when in a contract there are several joint promisees (for instance A, B, C) instead of a single promisee (A), then an offer to any one of them even will have the same legal consequences as if that offer was made to all of them. Offer of performance to any one of them is sufficient and will not make promisor responsible for non-performance.
