Today 7-16-2024, 11:32 PM, I came across this video. I am 32 years old and I am not happy with my life choices. I am not happy with myself and where I am at now. But I promise myself that I will incorporate discipline in my life and turn the tables around. I will comment back on this video once I am happy and proud of myself. I will tell my story here on the comment section on how I overcame my demons and became a best version of myself. I will succeed in my life.

I have never been in my best shape 😭 for a long time and I cry every single day comparing myself to others. Today is the day I promise myself that I'm gonna fix this. Incorporate working out and diet into my routine and achieve my fitness goals. Good luck to you.

I'm 21, a college dropout. This is my first time commenting on a KZbin video. I labeled myself as a failure, a person who made poor choices. I have tried so many times to improve, but failed. I'm sick of failing, of choosing to fail. I want to become better. I want to become a person I can be proud of. I'm coming back to this comment time to time and few years after to remind myself that I made this decision. to be proud and successful. We can do this boys!!

Its 19th of July and im 27 years old women, unhappy, unsatisfied, living with my parents, my contemparies are at peak of their respective life, and here im slipping into depression comparing myself to others. Its not that im jealous of theres of something but i feels like god hates me even tho i feel I'm a decent person. As i don't have any personal life, unlucky in love, burden on my father. Made some wrong decisions in life and i regret it every single day while blaming my parents for some of it even tho i grateful for a lot of things , make excuses, don't maintain daily routine as i feel like giving up to end this pain. But i want to bet my life. I will try my absolute best to become the best version of myself and stop making excuses and forgive my parents as they did their best to give me the somewhat comfortable life im living . I want to be optimistic that god / universe has plans for me too. If i don't give up he will bless me as well. Im something and i will prove that to myself. I'll be back to this video again one day to update my life improvement.

I’m 15 and today is 7/20/24. I started this summer with the idea that I would become the most disciplined version of myself and work towards all my goals on step at a time day by day. Some people in my life say just be a kid but truthfully I don’t want to do that anymore I enjoy the struggle and discipline. Tbh I have had times this summer where I’ve slid back into my old bad habits and even today but what matters is that I know I will pick myself back up and lock in. My goals are to become one of the best martial artists in the world, become a millionaire by 25, and leave a lasting legacy in the world for people to look to long after I die. I know I will get there one day and this video has helped me look at the big picture
@joen8091
@joen8091 20 күн бұрын
Hey man, I believe in you. Just make sure that in your pursuits of any goals in life, you focus on the aspects of them that better you and others the most. You want to be the best martial artist? Do it to protect your loved ones, to show others how to protect their loved ones. Do it to temper your mind and emotions; to recognize that any obstacle is temporary. These learnings will follow you through out life. When you feel like giving up, or when you fail (which is ok) you learn many things about yourself and those around you. Invest in your mind and body, it’s all you truly have in this life. I’m proud of you for not only recognizing the importance of disciple but pursuing it so young. I wish I had been the same.

You seem ahead of your years. Remember to work hard but don't let material things discourage you, like money. Satan will make you fall in love with stuff you don't need. Love yourself and stay disciplined and just try to make you a better version of yourself everyday. You'll have good and bad days, highly productive days and depression riddled moments too but the main thing in life is just about getting back up after a fall. Save and invest in good companies or a good S&P 500 large cap fund and you'll be a millionaire just like you said you wanted to be. When you get older you'll just want to spend that money on helping others anyway, you seem like the helping, generous type of person. Take care of your body and Jesus Christ will show you the path with prayer young man! Good luck on your journey of life! I believe in you bud! GOD bless you.

"The difference between winners and losers is that winners act despite how they feel." I’m a university student, and right before my final exams, my girlfriend dumped me. It was devastating, and honestly, I’m still not over it. But even more pressing was the struggle to prepare for my exams. The pressure was immense because I didn’t have much time left, and I felt very unmotivated. With only 2 days to prepare for each exam, I was battling depression from the breakup. These exams were also crucial for finishing my bachelor's and getting into my master's program. After watching this video, that quote stuck with me the whole time. So despite how I felt, I forced myself to sit down and study day and night. I managed to cover all the topics, and in the end, I didn’t fail a single exam-2 of them even went really well. And now it allows me to start my master’s degree. A dream that’s still alive thanks to this video. So I just wanted to say: thank you for helping me through a tough time.

greatest thing i’ve ever heard when it comes to motivation to do stuff is about commitment. “commitment is doing what you said you would do, long after the mood that you said it in has passed” those words ring in my head every time i get that voice inside that wants me to just take a day off even though nothing is wrong with me. i have running goals and it’s so easy to just take days off even if you aren’t sore just because you don’t feel like it. learn to make the “hard right” instead of making the “easy wrong”

In 2013, I encountered a transformative experience through the reading of "Overcoming Spiritual Blindness" by James P. Gills, MD, which led to my embrace of Christianity. This newfound spiritual clarity also coincided with a significant improvement in my financial circumstances, with a monthly influx of $25,000. This financial stability has enabled me to contribute to religious causes and support charitable initiatives within my community. I am grateful for the abundance that has manifested in my life.

Earlier, I use to hear these talks of discipline and never realised whether it actually worked, When I appeared for my high school board exams (2022), I had no one to teach me physics, during the pandemic season. I embraced discipline for a year and self-taught myself, completed all my To-Do lists Before starting, I was overwhelmed by negative thoughts, anxiety, fear of failure and what not. I thought I couldn't pass even before starting my preparation Slowly I developed a plan of action and broke down the concept into single portions, slowly I noticed I have been practicing sums to the extent, I needed new copies after a while... I scored 87%, Hoped for 90 but this isn't half bad, I felt proud of doing it all by myself, when no one believed me, I cried endless nights by myself.. Now after that, I took a shift in my career path, I am pursuing a bachelor's in business (with focus in analytics) I have to sit for campus placements now. Idk what will happen in the future, I'm trying to regain my discipline and focus which I lost in the stress and exhaustion of semesters. All I know is, I'll give my best!

This worked for me so this is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too. Have a great day... and thanks for reading.

I passed 12th recently, and I decided to drop my further studies... I'll prove the world that even 12th pass can be a game changer, degree isn't the only way to survive... I'm very confident about me and my ability to do it but the only thing stopping me is Discipline. I'm failing to maintain discipline again n again but I'll also keep trying again n again till the time my mind body and situation accepts that Disciplined life as normal. ❤
