I think the intro section was done using AI: to me, it is empty, distracting and doesn't feel authentic. Please dont use it until the technology is good enough that we cannot notice.

Thanks for the feedback Robin, imo the voice is actually really good and some people really like it. Only the first half of the video was made with AI.

Maybe you could start interviewing some lesser known athletes/overachievers and using their lines for videos, and either scraping the rest or posting them in full on a different channel. I could see you getting some really good content, because you could ask them the exact questions that would lead to inspiring content. A very similar workflow to documentary interviewing.
