damn did you even listen to a single word in this video? a video entirely about taking action and *doing* things to grow yourself as a person and achieve everything you want. and your want to fall asleep to it? i don't know you, but being a self-improvement junkie is very draining and damaging, as you fool yourself into thinking that you're achieving something substantial just by consuming motivating content, mental masturbation as i like to call it. just as a person who doesn't read is no better than a person who cannot read. same goes with improving yourself. you can spend days of your life listening to, and "learning" about improving yourself but it means absolutely nothing at all, if you don't apply the knowledge you have into every day you have. honestly, i wrote this more for myself than for you.

Apparently these work I go for a run everyday I constantly work out and im trying to invest In stocks, I went from a guy who lost his girlfriend and smoking weed everyday who suffered everyday and was in unimaginable pain and sadness, to changing my entire mentality and outlook on life I went from being nothing to be on a journey to be something my life was so messed up beyond repair so to anybody out there sad or emotional you can learn to use it, I was in the worst place my girlfriend left me because I was lazy and disrespectful i deserved what happened to me as men we are to blame for everything we do, we just don't see the consequences until its over until you have lost the girl you love until you realise sometimes it's better to let to and learn to be a man of principle suffering is good it makes us learn the lesson is this sometimes the worst mistakes are a blessing in disguise embrace mistakes and learn from everything never stop grinding never stop learning from mistakes and don't give up sometimes it's warmer in the dark that's why the light blinds us stay strong
