Can I ask why tou don't run 10s reduction on fade? Because seems good more uptime on phase shift

you can absolutely take talents out of death and madness/Mass dispel/mental agility or any small talents to get that vs certain comps but you really don't need phase shift every 20 sec vs all comps./ it is definitely good tho, i should have mentioned this in the video :P

I run 10sec cd on fade but not normally phase shift for the damage reduction. But I’m mostly in rbgs and no where near this cr.
