You gotta love failure almost seek it , because trust me when I say it goes away, if you enjoy the struggle you will always prevail. I've never run before until a month ago and the past year I've played thrill of the fight on VR which got me addicted to gassing myself out I love not being able to breathe and sweating and having go another round, I couldn't get the high after 6 or so months so I tried running . My first run was 7km 2nd was 5,5 km then last week on my 3rd run I reached 12,5km in an hour and a half . I set my goal to 7 km and then when i reached it I set it to 20 km I'm gonna get there soon and enter the marathon here and show them what I've got. Trying to keep up with calories is a nightmare though I'll burn over 1000 in one run I've dropped over 12kg but I don't wanna drop anymore I want to stay same size so any tips would be awesome
