Now I have time to read, exercise and walk on Kailua beach with my family. It’s all about value and my health and my family is much more important that a ding and it’s some one telling me they ate 50 hotdogs and /or a rock star got his or hers 15th booster

I’ve been hitting the wall recently. My father is in stage 4 of Huntington’s disease. I’m self conscious of my own flaws. On top of it all the girl that was acting as the glue for me, containing all the pain is not with another guy. That moment that happened, just a few days ago. Something clicked. Alhamdulillah in 2014 i have knief attack i survive becaus of miracle of Allah i was 78 kg 5 years later after surgery i have being 146 kg but Alhamdulillah i never give up and inshaAllah i wont give up i disapear and fight and fight today 2 years later after the 5 years so 7 years i am 111 Kg now and i am not going to give up until i shok the world evryone belive i cant anymore back to my 78 or even 85 kg i can and i will do it ,,and to you who have overweight you can also do it ,,lets fight to shok the world ,dont give up Allah is with us

I went to rehab for attempting suicide. I disappeared for 60+ days at a rehab. I changed myself one day and worked out and improved my mental strength to an unprecedented level.
