My aunt microscopic findings is: microsections reveal parakeratosisand crust, irregular acanthosis, moderate spogiosis with microvesicle formation, ecstatic upper dermal bloodvessels and dense superficial perivascular lymphohistiocytic cell infiltrates with several eosinophils... Does it mean she has discoid? Thanks.
