I decided to take a month off of social media, almost like doing a social media fast and I will say everything that you said is so true. I’ve found more joy, peace, guidance, strength by turning more to God and being in the Word more. I didn’t realize how much social media affected my mood and mentality until I decided to shut it off and rather spend that time with God. It was honestly very refreshing. Thank you for this message and it was a very powerful teaching. God bless you!

If I'm not suited up in the Full Armor of God I don't have the strength to make it through my day. He is my rock, my refuge, and my everything. I am a raging introvert who works customer service at a grocery store. I am peopled out within 15 minutes of my day. But God's Armor protects me with strength and a smile. 😊
