Alor Setar has 'Nasi Lemak' by 3 races: Ali Nasi Lemak (Malay) Ong Nasi Lemak (Chinese) K Nasi Lemak (Indian). K Nasi Lemak (daily after 5pm, except Wed,) is the best. At Jalan Putera. Very near to Masjid Zahir.

Kedah is a good place to travel. But the state government is so lousy, does not know how to attract foreign tourists. They tend to talk about Langkawi (for personal business interest) and neglect the rest of Kedah. The present state government is very ineffective, leaving everything to fate.
