I think it's safe to say RZA was grimy thru the 90s beginning to end
I think this is the best Wu album in instrumental production, its even hard to describe the whole feeling of the album its like Rza put some magic in horrorcore and let Method man dance with, not the best lyrics of him but as I say I cant think of much albums that has this whole package feeling, maybe Temple of Boom also matches this dark scene

Marcos Aruca RZA had a flood that destroyed the equipment he had with all of his early wu tang beats. Rza lost like 300 beats. Inspectah Deck’s first album was lost ambrosiaforheads.com/2018/10/rza-wu-tang-clan-lost-albums/
The way he blend in the original with the way rza mixed it was fucking deadly

The beginning of Tical samples the call sign for World Northal Corporation. The actual sound WNC uses is a synthesized flute version of Modest Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" on Quadrophenia

Cant make the connection with the sandman joint, RZA obscured that sample something crazy. Did he mix any other samples with it? The Mr Sandman vocals in RZA version sounds like they were provided by Blue Rasberry.

I think it was more of a do over track then a sample that's would explain why you don't here it besides the vocals done by blu raspberry still a lethal beat nonetheless and a dope concept to a track.

very solid album, though for some reason, it never been on par with GZA's and Rae's first solo album.
