Can’t see rates dropping yet, still think we are in for another couple 0.25% increases

Agreed… exactly what I said in the video. How high do you think it will go?

@@thesamnorris I think between 6% - 6.5% before we see sideways movement then a drop to around 5% - 5.5% in about 18 months to get everybody exited again. Can’t see anything below 5% for a minimum of 5 years, maybe up to 10 years. In all fairness I can’t see below 4% ever again.
