Thanks sir for the amazing update! I'm really excited of this LRT 3 project. Especially when the test run starts,the excitement grows. By July 2025,I can travel from Bandar Baru Klang directly to Bandar Utama via LRT 3,without needing to drive through busy highways like NKVE and Federal Highways.

Anggaran kos keseluruhan pembangunan infrastruktur Transit Aliran Ringan (LRT) untuk Johor Bahru dianggarkan RM16.7 bilion, dua kali lebih tinggi berbanding kos keseluruhan penyediaan infrastruktur ART.

I think its true that Johor is the second Higher GDP in Malaysia but if calculate in per capita I think Penang is higher than Johor. Btw I think they choose to build in Penang first is because the island is small and cause the city have a worst traffic jam due to its population in just a small island so thats why... However, I think the chances for build next ART BRT LRT should give it to JOHOR but first concern is will the Johorean prefer to drive sendiri or have a ride for the public transport EVERYDAY.

The central gov doesn’t really bother about infrastructure in JB and Penang at all, even the PLUS highway in Johor region also jam during the weekend, don’t even talk about the public holiday. In addition, the traffic in JB is getting worse😅😅

Di negara2 eropah, persisiran menghadap air (water front) menjadi tarikan pelancong yang amat istimewa. Di sana ada tempat makan menghadap laut atau sungai. Juga trek jogging, jeti bot2 serta kemudahan tempat duduk untuk menikmati panorama air serta matahari terbenam. Di negara kita, jarang terdapat water front kecuali hanya di beberapa tempat seperti di port dickson, kuching, kuala terengganu, kuantan dan langkawi. Itu pun standardnya tidak seperti di eropah. Yang ada di negara kita, kedai2 tidak menghadap laut malah membelakanginya (bahagian dapur). Sepatutnya jadikan muka hadapan kedai2 atau restoran itu menghadap laut.

Its crazy that after the cost saving measure of Mahathir/LGE era to cut few stations, now they adding back Botanic station. It's about 1-2km from the Bukit Tinggi station, you can clearly see the upcoming addition all within the same frame of video with Bukit Tinggi Station, right before the curve from KESAS highway.

Malaysia need more station that are accessible to the lower income bracket, most of the station that I'm seeing are in affluent developed area and sometimes it's even directly build in a condo building. It's hard to access these station and oftentimes people need to get grab to reach it. And these are people that really need it. More connectivity for these people and less on ambitious project like HSR that won't really benefit the people and uplift the local economy.

@@Hhhhwwww123 It will solve the traffic when greater connectivity is achieved, this is all the result of improper planning by the previous government when they build the lrt/mrt. Just look at Singapore, their train are easy to access, they have great connectivity and low traffic issues. Other states, ask Ur state gov if they can afford it.

Knp developer berdekatan (mungkin ada harapnya di masa terdekat) tak ambil inisiatif buat sesuatu utk memudahkan perjalanan dan perhubungan pejalan kaki ke stesen berdekatan.. And hopefully, jajaran ni dpat di teruskan ke Panglima Garang, Banting dan Sepang.. Aku nak komen jugak d sini, sepatutnya ada laluan skywalk etc dari stesen ke Aeon Mall Bkt Tinggi tu.. The problem with prasarana is they are not able to maintain the trains well . MRT kajang when I first commenced in 2016 was so smooth and silent . since 2020 , the trains are shaking and vibrating . From my office in Taman Tun ( menara LGB), I can even feel the vibrations from my table ( some trains only) The rakyat convenience no doubt has improved but it is also important to ensure tip top maintenance for improved safety and reduced noice pollution .

Kenapa tidak ada Crosswalk/Lintasan Zebra di persimpang sedangkan sidewalk/siarkaki disediakan di tepi jalan. Inilah yang selalu terlepas pandang oleh perunding rekabentuk, JKR dan Juruaudit Keselamatan Jalan. Why is there no Crosswalk/Zebra Crossing at the intersection when sidewalks/footpath are provided on the side of the road?. This is often overlooked by design consultants, JKR and Road Safety Auditors. The old practice due lack of detail in JKR design guidelines on pedestrian network planning and does not emphasize on safety and comfort for pedestrians.

The entire connectivity plan lacks consideration for pedestrian safety. Many LRT/MRT stations are not connected to proper pedestrian walkways or zebra crossings. Additionally, a common flaw in Malaysia’s public transport design is the tendency to build parking lots at MRT stations. Why not design them as bus interchanges instead? Bus interchanges can effectively connect nearby residential areas to the stations.

Keseluruhan perancangan sambungan kurang mempertimbangkan keselamatan pejalan kaki. Banyak stesen LRT/MRT tidak mempunyai laluan pejalan kaki yang sempurna atau lintasan zebra yang baik. Selain itu, reka bentuk pengangkutan awam di Malaysia mempunyai kelemahan iaitu gemar membina tempat letak kereta di stesen MRT. Kenapa tidak direka sebagai hab pertukaran bas? Hab pertukaran bas boleh menghubungkan kawasan perumahan berdekatan dengan lebih berkesan. Pembinaan tempat letak kereta hanya akan menambah beban lalu lintas kenderaan berat, dan akhirnya menjadi projek gajah putih.

3 gerebak tren saje mana cukup, nak orang naik tin sardin ke? Lokasi stesen pun bina kat tempat entah kat mana, sekeliling tak ade apa2, tak strategik. Tempat parkir pun kedekut patutlah bina bangunan multi level parking yang boleh menampung sekurang-kurangnya 2500-3500 tempat letak kereta. Ini setakat 100 petak tempat letak kereta bagi 2 deret rumah pun senang habis tempat parkir dooh.

Semua pembangunan terfokus dibandaraya bandaraya besar. Ramai penduduk diluar Bandar cuma hanya dapat terpegun dengan angan angan tanpa mendapat manfaat dari belanjawan besar besaran ini.Setahu saya, belanjawan besar diluar Bandar hanyalah Muda irrigation scheme Dan rancangan Felda, Felda Dan Felcra.Akan tetapi, kesemua besar tidak banyak memberi kesan kekayaan orang kampung diluar Bandar. Petani petani and peladang tanah air, tidak banyak kemajuan didalam kekayaan mereka.

Try to adjust the shutter speed in your camera, so you don't "catch" those flickers in your video. You already shot so many videos, but never improve your technique.
