Nothing can be zero waste. Impossible? My own opinion is that the green industry is a business tooand there are some issues in this area just as there is in certain other industries like the oil industry. Batteries are not clean either. And this industry seems to be more prevalent in countries that have limited workers rights for example the UAE is a hub for green energy but there is large amount of abuse towards workers and many live in extreme poverty and have little redress as only 12% of the population are actually citizens.. And of course China which I don't even want to go there.

I do think limited pollution is a good thing don't get me wrong. Just this idea that you can zero waste like anything else there is a likely a time where waste is the best solution.
