Hackathon is a good idea to bring people with different skills together to work on projects. Maybe, people may gain new ideas, different mindset or new perspectives obtained from colleague. Some of them may have the idea to fullfill others and being able to create something useful in daily life. It could be a big step for human never-ending transformation.
