I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million.

My take : 1) Passion - love what you do cause if you don't, you will just give up too easily. 2) Ideas - find constructive critisism, find opinions, share your ideas, write new ideas everyday and don't give up on straight up haters. 3) Time - remind yourself great things take time, you will make tons of mistakes, learn from yours and others and don't you dare to give up! My advice : if you want average results, do what the average does, if you want execelent results, do what the 'excelents' do.

This is what I've gathered from countless hours of research. These principals apply assuming you're confident in yourself and passionate about what you are doing: 1) Know your product and services well. 2) Know your targeted consumer well. 3) Know the industry well. 4) Master the vocal instrument; learn what persuades people and get good at it. 5) Ask yourself, "is what im doing actually useful?". We can all learn these skills. The question is what is your intention, because your efforts have to be intentional and explicit.

I just upload, because I know that my channel is unique and I have to upload. In 25 months I got 356 subscribers on this channel, but I know that very soon this channel will go viral. I will come back here in couple of years with 100k subscribers! Good luck everyone! If you think something is important enough, do it. Even if the odds are stacked against you.

For many of us hearing theses pieces of advice won't come as news as we've heard it before, but an analogy that sticks with me everytime I seek this advice is the idea of going to an AA meeting (Alcoholics Anonymous) because the people who go aren't going to learn something new, they simply go because it's a reminder not to drink. We forget theses things as time goes on and it never hurts to come back to theses videos because it's not necessarily to learn something new, it's to remind us to follow our passions and chase our vision. I will succeed, it is not a question of if it will happen, it's simply a question of how and when, this channel will hit a million subscribers one day and I believe that with every ounce of my soul. So to whoever's reading this, follow your passion and don't give a damn what people say, the harder it gets the more you can be rest assured that you'll end up somewhere few people have been before. We all have greatness within us, don't settle for a normal life and be proud to say you are who you are and make your hometown proud to claim you as their own.

all these motivational speeches are great! but I am sure that there are a lot of motivated, talented, full of passion and dedication to their work entrepreneurs who do follow everything these guys mentioned but were not so successful and failed or became relatevely average.. so, my point is that we cannot rely just on passion, follow your heart and other instructions, there is the whole ocean of everything that might happen and coincide so that ideas change the world or make the big impact on the people's lives

my own advice: do something you really love, i doesn’t necessarily hav to bet the highest paying job, if you do something u love you will want to do more of it and you will essentially grow your passion and that could be making a business etc. if you are doing something you love it won’t feel like work it will feel fun and you won’t get bored and fail.
