Bonjour, it's nice to find someone who can explain these things with such clarity, that was very refreshing thank you! When you realise there is no "me", that there is no personal you controlling anything, it's terrifying and freeing at the same time. But like you said the experience of just being alive becomes more intense to the point where you really don't want or desire anything, or care about what will happen next because you are enough as you are. Francis , Sickness is a defence against the truth .I did not have vaccinations jabs -not because of fear but because they are a waste of awareness space. I have not taken medications for decades. I do not get sick I do not believe in sickness. I would not call this ignorance regarding not having vaccinations but knowing I don't need them. Besides your vaccination issue, I love the way you have explain the direct path.

Do not worry: when I talk about vaccinations I don't speak about absolute Truth, about Non Duality. I refer to scientific knowledge, which is about phenomenal truth and independent from Non Duality. I am not a physician or a immunologist. I may be wrong. Science is based on peer consensus, which is about the efficiency of vaccines in this case. However, I would agree that the consensus here is not as strong as it is in Physics for instance. It reflects the opinion of the vast majority of peers in the field, but not of a quasi unanimity.

Without consciousness there is no existence. Whether the individual thinks he is in "heaven" or in "hell, there is a conscious awareness of an existence being in " heaven '' or in " hell ". Even when an individual becomes amnesic, there is always the conscious awareness of that existence called amnesia. This is why all spiritual traditions urge to become again a little child with more or less amnesia of who he really is.
