Another great vlog , it's nice to see you making the most of your new van and the weather, what a great aire. Can I ask you what made you give up the boat? I would love a nb but my wife thinks in retirement, it's to much of a trip hazard for her bones. Sorry for the random question.

Hi Raymond Thanks for commenting and yes this winter sun trip is lovely THE BOAT We we got the boat because of Covid and brexit but after 3 years we realised it was always 2nd best to motorhome travel and very cold in the winter. It is certainly a trip hazard, we know one woman who lost her footing and fell down steps and broke her neck. They had to sell the boat even though they were very expert boaters. I’d never go back to a NB. 👍

Hey Alf, It’s a tourist think. The N2 is a sort of tourist attraction with kilometre markers all the way from Chaves to Faro. Lots of towns are listed in the “passport” each with a QR code to scan and get all the info. Getting the stamps at each town then commemorates your visit 👍😎😀
