Allen Watkins - Sure. Attorneys are in two businesses: law and sales. The more salesmanship I see from an attorney the more I believe it likely that their work and reputation in the legal community don’t speak for themselves. I care about competence more than anything else. The best way to sell legal services is by demonstrating that. (Which is what this video’s title conveyed that it would do.) You don’t sell services by lying to the consumer about what they are about to see in a video. It’s not a secret that every KZbin video by an attorney is itself an advertisement. It’s unethical to bait and switch like this, particularly given the remarkably short attention span of the average KZbin viewer. Furthermore, it must be recognized that KZbin is at its core an internet advertising platform. It is deceptive, wrong, and quite possibly a violation of KZbin’s TOS to embed ads within your content rather than purchase advertising like everyone else. Finally, my hunch is that the more sales-ey an attorney PLLC is, the more likely they are to engage in unethical and illegal practices such as overbilling and even fraud. It would be interesting to examine the attorney advertising of practitioners subjected to discipline, and to compare that to a control group. What do you think the results would be? Make sense?

I got an LLC about 2 years ago for a business that was never started. I am buying an Existing retail store can I use the LLC I already own to buy the store or do I need to create a new LLC?

If the LLC is still in good standing you can use it for the new business. However, if the old LLC was in business or engaged in activity that could give rise to a lawsuit then it is better to start a new LLC so you don't have to worry about any claims that might come from the old LLC's activities.
