What if I nodelock opponent's play on turn. Does wizard change my flop play as well or it's just about a turn play?

Keep in mind that GTO Wizard AI only solves one street at a time. This is what empowers our technology to solve spots in seconds rather than hours. This means that flop exploits will assume perfect play on future streets with the proceeding ranges, even if those streets are nodelocked. While the solver can adapt its play to exploit any mistakes on the current street, it is unable to anticipate mistakes on later streets.

@@GTOWizard Then I had a question. I locked the strategy on the flop for one of the opponents, and the solver recalculated. Then I played the hand up to the river and locked a node there, and a new strategy for the flop appeared in addition to the one I already had. Based on the game logic, it seems to be the exploit I was looking for.

@stu_gahtz1740 Жыл бұрын
@@jimmymcgill5572 cause they plugged in there podcast that Wizard added live 9max 10% rake and node locking, which was one of the biggest reason i wasnt using it so i went and immidiatly bought it after. But wothout the S4y plug idk how long it takes me to find out theyve improved there system.

Problem is, this is exploit for one play in vacuum. Ok vs rangebet we raise more - logical/no solver needed If we raise more often - we use smaller size - logical. Do we know if opponent have 3betting range and how he construct it? Do you consider villain might overbluff or give up too much later streets etc? All that drastically change flop strategy too. I bet 99% of users will never use nodelocks correctly, so dont worry poker will be still profitable :)

The nice part about nodelocking is that you don't need to define unknown details. Unspecified strategies default to the strongest possible strategy with the nodelock in place. e.g. if we don't know about their 3-betting range, we can just assume they will always 3bet perfectly, and despite that we can still raise a lot more often vs the rangebet.
