I'm honestly not a fan of the adornments. I like the direction Taylor has gone. I've never bought a Taylor in my life. Always Martin. This year I picked up a Taylor AD27e and am really happy with it. However, I wish Taylor would make a slightly smaller version. Like a mix between a 000 and j-45 shape. Atkin has one called the nineteen and it's a perfect guitar. Taylor should release one like that and keep it simple under the American Dream series.

Such a strange demo of what appears to be a magical, important new guitar. There are already several other KZbin demos that put the guitar through its pieces in all regards. Why Tayler would use a country singer to scream out a song while strumming a very simple guitar rhythm does this new guitar a huge service… And hurts my ears!

V-Bracing is an intentional deficiency as much as I’ve tried to like Taylor guitars. Building a sports car then painting it tan.

Matter of opinion. The number of them they’ve sold means some people must like them.

I love them. But mine are all l x braced 2015 models. I think pre Andy Powers they sounded too thin but Andy's bracing designs added more depth to their sound. Also the high end models sound really good.

@@CenterThePendulum that means enough people must like them. Like I said, matter of opinion…

What exactly do you not like about V-bracing? Other than it isn't X-bracing? For that matter what specifically do you like about X bracing, or ladder bracing or whatever you like that's not V-bracing?
