I love Weaverville! There is so many really cool things to do and they even have their own great restaurants. And it’s really 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Asheville maximum.

My first home I bought here was in Weaverville. I loved living in weaverville. Weaverville is one of the high end areas of Buncombe County. When you live in Weaverville you never have to go to Asheville. They have everything you want.

I've lived in Weaverville since my birth in 1965. Weaverville was once a small town where everybody knew everybody. Now Weaverville is just another place where people come seeking what they don't want to take the time to experience, but rather pretend. Please please people unless you are interested in assimilation and want to respect our culture and our history find another charming town to pretend to belong in. I'm sure this nice real estate salesperson can find whatever you want elsewhere.

Great area you got there, but I'm more a a subsection-Q type. If I was to move to such a place I'd buy ground and put up a geoship someplace, run the utilities, and still come out cheaper than most resale stick-n-brick. (no I'm not a California hippie) just getting tired of several decades of subzero winters.
