Hello Sarah, I saw a carpenter, a man, very practical, self-reliant, doing earthy work so very different from how I have ever made a living. Interesting to get insight into how it must feel to make and fix things for a steady living, objects, tables etc with clear beginning, middle and end to each task. I felt appreciated by the community, the fruits of my labour clear to see. I am not sure how this could apply to me now as I do not have a single clear trade, but multiple skills and fluid, often unclear ventures, how can I approach reconciling this with the past life skill of being a regular tradesman doing steady manual work?❤

Thanks a lot Sarah..it was amazing what I felt I saw myself in many lives the talent of my hands my body also that the common thing always has been the act of kindness and compassion in every life is that really how I am please tell me..the last scene of the last life was with tears I finished the meditation with tears 😢 and that huge pain within me also Lower abdominal pain ..what was that can you tell me kindly

Thank you so much for sharing. I recommend that you follow the feeling of compassion and love and if you are looking for how to express that in this life, let your mind show you without trying to logically make connections because logic, while of course, useful, is also limited and uncreative. Emotions express themselves in the body, stomach is related to anxiety so this may have been a release of anxiety and release of trapped fear. Journal the information you gain, and listen when you feel ready to do so again. Like a puzzle you may get different pieces over time to complete the picture. Hope that helps. hi sarah just feedback from this meditation, i saw a man wearing a helmet, he was a roundhead. i thought that was the wrong type of helmet, i saw a huge long spear close behind him, ridiculously long, i tried to see what happened to him as he got older but got nothing. i googled roundheads and the helmet was absolutely correct, roundhead pikemen did carry very long spears or pikes, i think he must not have reached old age perhaps he was killed in battle? the number 28 sticks in my mind, wonder if that was his age at death? no sign of pain or suffering or any emotion just like looking at pictures. had some sort of chest armour thick, greyish colour, could have been thick cloth or leather, didnt think it was metal but all rather indistinct. i knew nothing of roundheads at all. the helmet i saw was exactly correct bowl shaped with join in the middle, a brim all around raised up at the front. the spears or pikes were 16 to 18 foot long, i am 5 foot tall so you can imagine why i could not believe the use of these spears. the used to use metal armour on chest area at the beginning of the war but stopped using this as it was too heavy. great meditation, thank you.

I have a port-wine stain on my Billy that I was born with and I've always wondered what it means and why it's there I don't believe in accidents or coincidences so there's got to be a reason why I have this birthmark it's big and it's ugly I've seen people with them on her hands and on their face but I want to know what it signifies is it a symbol of a past life or perhaps my origin
