Thanks for considering the non visual mind.. I believe I have a form of Aphantasia so have struggled with other regressions due to this. Also, usually I blank out at some point and just come back to awareness at the end so will be interesting to see if the same happens with this.

My anxiety, depression have been at an all time high of late. Making my sleep all over the place, in short bursts. I listened to this last night, hoping that discovering past lives will help me heal. I don't remember discovering any past lives but I do know that I fell into the most deep, sleep I've had in the longest time I can remember!!!!

I never have visuals, but I get body waves and feeling of movement in an etheral state. I had no visuals in this one until you said to go to the end of this life. I had an intense body flash and white flash that then gave a dark center with white halo around and white spot in middle. Im convinced that this is my 1st life on earth.

This is what I see whenever I meditate- but not just blue, I see gold, red, green, purple.. white and there’s always an eye like thing.. that turns into geometric shapes and spins around.. then it feels as though I’m flying forward.. I go through the spinning circle .. then I see some extremely detailed images.. I cannot explain.

Definitely sounds like your 3rd eye opening and going through a portal of your past life memories. I had a similar experience but was able to remember what I saw.. pretty amazing

I got a nice, clear scene ! As a young woman named Elizabeth, in her early 20s, thickly dressed for the cold icy countryside outdoors (estimate mid-XIXth century from the style, with light brown tartan-like motif), opera-length leather gloves and black shawl and something beige around my neck too, to ensure I wouldn't get cold in the throat - because singing was important. Hands made for music and writing. Unworried, and having fun making snowballs. Sadly I had to stop before visiting the home.

Beautiful Sarah..it was worth the shot in the head to have hundreds of people around me listening to me at a gathering on how to claim our god given rights....which I'm passionate about now.i knew many people but few friends,same now...I felt I was in India at one point with a leg bandaged in many colours and the gift was a battered gold coin which had magical qualities I saw it energetically being placed between my eyes like the Indians would wear a coloured spot on their forehead. An ex who has passed now came to mind and a spiritual medium friend also passed was in a scene...Gosh I'll definitely be listening again...Its something I can blip in and out of without concentration coz the pictures or feelings just appear with your words...most grateful and thank you Sarah.x

I definitely went into hypnosis but kept coming out of it because I was physically uncomfortable from sitting so long on the floor. My back was aching & still is a bit lol & I kept uncrossing my legs. But I couldn’t believe 1 hr had went by. Maybe I should try it in a more comfortable position. Things were coming up but I was questioning if it was true maybe because I’m not sure of the message…something about a stone home/cottage. I had a baby…and something to do with music. Signing…then I was outside holding my sons hand. I wasn’t sure if there were 1 or 2 kids but for sure a boy…we were walking in a green pasture…at one point I saw an arrow soaring towards me, it may have hit me in the chest. Then I think I was laying in my coffin or a bed at my funeral…interesting. The reason I did this was to try to heal past life patterns that are holding me back. So I’m not sure what the message is lol maybe as to say goes on I will receive more info. One thing that’s significant is singing.

Omg this actually worked! I Invisioned that i was a guy In NASA's mission control building and that i was Capcom! The computers weren't Like the ones we have now they were the big computers that take up a whole room And alot of consoles were in rows with the mission control people Standing behind them. I don't know exactly what mission it was but thats All i remember! That was cool! (And thats kinda what i wanna be) I did kinda doze off in the middle of it Though. Happy it worked!

Everyone has gone into hypnosis. We are in a naturally hypnotic state just before sleep and right after waking. And as children up the age of 8 we are in theta state. Depending on the depth you may or may not notice significant state changes. I think you are waiting for some kind of "magical" feeling which is not always the case. I think you are simply trying too hard. Relax, let go, and if you wish, find a recording that simply relaxes you before listening to this one or another one . Do not try, do not force, simply approach with curiosity.

I have the same issue. My wife and kids don't respect my spiritual time and so they are loud and not considerate of my downtime before I work. My issue is that if I'm interrupted in the midst of meditation I juat have to start all over and that's the frustration I feel with doing this. It does work if you can absolutely absorb yourself into it start to finish ❤

Most can go into trance - trance is a fixation of attention and I’m sure you can concentrate or ‘get lost’ in a film book or sports event or computer game? I get clients to stop trying too hard. I call the phenomenon the ‘annoying 9 year old in the back seat going are we there yet?’ Unfortunately the more you try to observe whether you are going into trance the less likely you will. Just breathe relax and listen … if you work with a competent hypnotherapist live you will generally succeed either in a first session or if not certainly by a second session. I find that any client finding it a challenge is certainly working too hard.

tried this today, was interrupted mid way so only saw two glimpses. 1. This is when I first opened my eyes in that life. I saw a library/office, a bearded man sat in a gaudy dark wood table, writing something. I was standing in front of him, short, tiny hands, I think he was my father. He asked me what was I up to. I didn’t reply because it was me inside her at that time. I didn’t expect to be talked to. And while in the meditative state I felt throbbing pain in my back. 2. The same family. I saw white pillars/ columns, arched balcony maybe, paved narrow paths leading up to the pillars. Along the paths were flower bushes( roses/gardenias). My hand was held by my sister, fair skin, curly reddish brown hair, butterfly sleeve empire waistline gowns, two other girls had hair updo and a ribbon headband. All of them wore similar white gowns. We were laughing and running in the garden. Then a man in black uniform came home and a woman again in white gown, older than us(maybe the mother) greeted the man with a hug and kiss. My name was Ana - something. I could not remember Then I came across a photograph of Tsar Nicholas II ‘s family, Russia. That was my family. I think I was the youngest daughter Anastasia. Funnily, when I was about 6 years old I had developed a fear of been shot to death by outsiders after having a dream of being shot in the back of my head. I also had a dream at age 4 or 5 years old, of being a captive/slave among other slaves/captives; and a man trying to feed me his peepee! Another scary dream that I had was of being taken away by a bald person 🥲 idk but I am adding 2 & 2 together. A lot of my traits and fears can be explained by my experience as Anastasia Romanova. Still to be completely sure, I will go to a hypnotherapist and do a past life session soon.

Hi. After few minutes i felt a whopping sound and heavy pressure in my ears then i felt as if my body was spinning rapidly. Then i had three four glimpses, may be of my past life. Then when you were saying to collect something towards the end i saw like there was a spiral and i just came out of it. Unable to understand what exactly happened. This is what I saw. I’m called Fred. I fly planes as a hobby. I’m comfortably well off. I don’t have to work. I live in the country. Theirs a large field by my house to land my plane. The house is modest. I have servants I’m married to Ella the absolute love of my life. I have two young moppets a girl and a boy both very blond hair. I feel as though my cup runners over with joy, love, happiness. I truly am a very lucky man. Beautiful wife, beautiful adorable children what more can a man ask for Wedding. Stood at the church door me and the love of my life Ella I’m so happy I feel I could burst. We’re surrounded by friends and well wishers ?Late 1929 No no no no no. My beautiful Ella. You can’t leave me. You just can’t. How will I live without you. I. Sat by her bedside. The Dr shakes his head and puts his hand on my shoulder. I sit there holding her hand. They give me a baby. A boy. I shall call him John I never marry again. How could anyone match up to Ella. ?1940 I’m in a blue RAF uniform. Back to flying. Got to do your bit, only I’ve done mine. I got shot down managed to make it back to Blighty. There I am. In th big smouldering heap on the field. I was never going to get out of that alive .. I turn to see Ella what a blessed life I’ve had😊

Hello sara this is my 10 time doing this video and I can't seem to do anything or go to sleep during the day or get hypnotize is that normal? is really irritating to me to not be able to do this I've done this at night and nothing I've done other videos I go to sleep at night but no dreams or anything, I read the comments of everyone else, I wish I could experience something but unfortunately nothing, well thank you for your video's.
