**Discovered BEAUTIFUL SIDEWALK From OVERGROWN NATURE - FREE Lawn Transformation**

Hey there, Squares. This one is INSANELY satisfying! Were in Austin, Texas and I found this beautiful old abandoned house that needed some major TLC. When I saw it I knew right away this could be such a lovely looking home and would help the neighbors out so much! It was full of trash and just major overgrowth. So I got started picking up the trash, taking down the weeds, trimming up the trees, and blowing everything off. Then a MASSIVE twist happened! I found a beautiful mosaic of tiles and concrete hidden under thick grass and dirt. It took some major effort to uncover it and i was definitely sore the next day but it was so worth it!

Why does it seem like that the city corner lots are always the most overgrown and abandoned properties, you did a heck of a good job cleaning this one up and people can see now from the stop sign instead of pulling into the intersection

I agree that corner lots seem to be problems for the owners. Particularly elderly owners. It's a lot of sidewalk maintenance. Hard work. I don't mind the vines on chain link fence. Like the green.

It’s not owners who are letting the yards go to ruin. Its the city who buys the property because they’ve turned it into a busy intersection so they bought them out and then they don’t care. Who wants to live on a busy intersection? Thank you for making this look beautiful

I should also add that if the city is renting out this place they should be paying for the upkeep. I feel sorry for the people who are forced to live in these city owned places and are expected to pay for the yard work

You left just enough foliage for the privacy that is needed for such a public lot. If someone lived there they could do so much more to cultivate total privacy and add quietness with more foliage! You did a great job!

What a great transformation!!! I appreciate all the hard work you are putting in....and it really paid off with this property! There is a small voice in my head that wonders if it wouldn't be better doing this to property that someone is living on....maybe the elderly, or someone disabled....folks that need help for some reason or another....not trashing what you are doing at all.....as I said, I truly appreciate what you are doing, and I thank you!!!

I definitely agree! Unfortunately and fortunately, in Austin it’s impossible to find that. I love to give to free mows to veterans and elderly here but their yards aren’t “crazy” enough to post and get people to watch on KZbin. So I just do theirs real fast. Thank you!

I think corner lots are often abandoned because the corner lots are the most desirable, meaning some of the first residents in the street are now old or have died. Great job

You were s mart to put the cones out as you worked around the corner. I suggest that you also do another smart move and wear a mask as you plow dust etc. you got more than I think you bargained for. Working with hand cutters is hard work. I’m impressed.

I also like to see some vines, flowers and fllowering bushes along a fence, much better than just looking at a chain link fence! Cute house......with a little TLC would be a lovely home for a family and power washing that patio would make it pop (and sidewalk). Phenomenal transformation! Great job. I recommend you shovel the debris into a plastic garbage can instead of trying to wrestle a bag open to shovel. Saves time and you can dump it easier on a compost pile.
