I know that it must be quite tiring, and I don't know how Yvonne finds the time or the energy; but, I'm so grateful for the the videos that show us our old friends at Stal G. It's nice to see how all of those horses are doing. I do wish that we could have seen Risey get his first trim from the farrier, but I understand that Yvonne might have even missed it herself, with all of the work she has at home. The horses look great! Today, I noticed how nicely Uniek's and Reintje's feathers are filled out! They look so fluffy! Saly's may have grown as well. I just didn't get a good look at her hooves this time. Wunder and Spidey DO look like they are wanting to play together! Hopefully they can play fight soon! Bjarni makes a great companion for Spidey, but he doesn't look like he's into all of that rough-housing that Spidey enjoys so much. I'm glad we got to see Spidey a little more in this video. He's so funny looking with that wild mane of his! His hair reminds me of Tina Turner's hair in the 1980's. Google it. "Tina Turner 1980's photos". You'll see what I mean. 😉 👁💙Friesian 🐎🐎🐎!

They all look so great, at both Stal H and Stal G. As much as I adore the Friesians, Sjors and Risey are such big beautiful fellas. So handsome. You would never look at Sjors and see an old man. He does love his dark haired ladies. All those babies, reminds me of the fun little group Risey grew up with. Hopefully before long Wunder and Yfke will be great play pals. They have variable gaits for each moveset but the KWPN's trot is fairly similar to that of a Friesian.

Can you a video on the farrier, especially with the three young colts (Rising Star + 2). It would be fascinating to see how he treats their hooves especially at the beginning and it would be interesting to learn why they have to wear shoes in the first place, what would happen if they didn't etc ... Is that a big ask ? I find that very fascinating especially to learn when young horses need to start wearing shoes and at what point do you make that decision...

The main reason for shoes if you're working them on hard ground, it helps stop chipping. And when Uniek has hers on she gets some extra padding to help cushion her frog (the soft triangle part on the bottom of their feet) and legs joints in general. I'm not sure if they would start shoeing them until they're fully grown, or at least until they reach three... But I would love to see videos of their first few farrier visits! Other good videos are seeing horses with terrible feet getting them reshaped, they can tell quickly that they're getting helped out!

Yes, Daddy Long Legs. When I was a child we were told that if you held one on your hand and asked it where the cows were, the two legs nearest the head would point to the cows. Since I lived in farming country they were probably right no matter where they pointed!

Do you get any others where you are?? 😊 I have arachnophobia REALLY badly, so I can not deal with the bigger ones! Had a HUGE huntsman in my house last New Year’s Eve. Pake Sjors simply trots out to the mare/filly fence line and acts as if to round them up. They are a part of his herd and he lets them know it. 😀 😁

A video so full of horses I feel like I've been in a friendly stampede! The colts all three look very happy. Risey is a very handsome young stallion! Sjors, who looks like he could be Risey's sire, is also looking very well. I started calling my senior cat 'Pake Nachas' 😆 Your sons both seem so good natured, and also handsome! I'm glad you showed Spidey getting some attention. When will Mario and Peach be old enough to play with Spidey? Or will he be too old to play with Peach? At least Mario could be his pal. Bjarni is one handsome horse. I'd love to see him ridden. Yfke is quickly putting on weight and getting toned. Her butt is thicc-er. I think she takes after Reintje but also her sire...her butt is more like his. Yfke's head is gorgeous. I really like a flat faced horse, without a dished or Roman nose. I noticed Rinse Janko's hair continues to Rock and Roll! Pieter looks like he maybe is the biggest of the colts? Of the Stal G mares my favorite is Geertje (is she herd leader of the mares now?), and I also like Frieda a lot. Gea is very sweet, she loves you a lot Yvonne!! Of the younger mares, Jacobien and Jildou. Of the 2 year old mares, I love Reina most! Thanks for sharing, that was a lot of video to edit and it was thoroughly enjoyable.🥰

This video has a little of everyone. It looks like Frieda is the new lead mare of the mems and their foals herd. Some of us noticed that Yfke has the Reintje tuft on her right side but we weren't sure about her left side; now we know. Yvonne's videos are the best way to start the day! 🌞🐴

This video is from June and we’re heading into November Risys wound will have healed by now and he will have also put on some weight as the horses are out to pasture 24/7 during the summer. Also Risy being a Warmblood his growth is a bit different compared to the Friesian’s so they can take more time to fill out somebody once said they tend to have a bit of “ugly duckling” syndrome so they look more gangly etc. Rein Sr & his team take excellent care of the herd and just bc we see something doesn’t mean they are not aware of it or aren’t doing anything about it. Yvonne being Risys guardian was aware of it as well and no doubt tending to what he needed.

Noticed the whorls on Yfke's cheeks last week. Reintje's foal Lieke definitely had one. It helped me recognize her when the foals were together. ♥️🐎

Those fillies look like they're beginning to be 13year-old girls, looking over at the boys' playground longingly! Mind you, Rising Star and his buddies are well worth looking at! Spidey is just cute, and wants to play with Wunder so much. I think Wunder is already much taller than him, although much younger.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us, it was great to see the horses and humans at stall G too. How is Johnny doing? RJ is just beautiful and Risey is growing like a weed. Rein is your little mini me!! You are so beautiful inside as well as outside. It is hard to describe the recovery process you are going through but you are doing so well. I know this because after my brain injury, (poison, 5 years ago) it was miracle I did not die and my brain can never fully recover. It is quite frustrating and I do understand what you are going through. I am thankful you made it back from the coma and I am so proud of you and how far you have come. I look forward to your videos and I thank you for them, they really are an inspiration to me.

Love watching everyone in the pasture with their natural horse soundtrack clopping hooves and gentle relaxed blowing as they drink water. Princess Yfke (we have Yfke 1 & Yfke 2 with Yvonne being the OG 😅)and Empress Reintje really are the perfect duo and they have my heart. Lol Koning B coming in for his closeup “hello camera we’re adorable too don’t know why all the fuss about the baby is a big deal it’s just a kid” Never a dull moment with our favorite herds.🧡🖤🐎🎃 Edit:Lol HM moves for nobody only when she feels like it (then again she’ll do anything for Yvonne even if she’s not in the mood 🥹😅)

Yfeks two colics(hair) are probably just a birthmark. Which is very cool to me they look exactly the same including placement. Like, Riseys markings are sweet too! ❤👆

I think that Reintje is gentle, very intelligent and although very protective of her foal, she let you help Yfke with the nursing when she was just a few hours old. It is wonderful to see this trust between you and Reintje.

I think Empress Reintje will be happy to be able to graze in the pasture again, once Yfke learns about the wire. She is the best mother, sniffing if the camera is safe. Bjarni is a handsome fellow.
