Description :-A farmer from the Indian state of Punjab has succeeded in cultivating apples in Punjab using the Israeli horticultural method. Punjab is considered a tropical region and apple is generally found in cold regions. Gursimran Singh, a resident of Hathoa village of Malerkotla district, had also ordered apple plants from Israel and with Israeli technology, he has successfully cultivated apples in Punjab in summer.
