If you didn't get a Bismark at Dutchess bakery, you missed out! I hate seeing it grow, loved the old small town feel

I grew up in Cullman. My Grandfather was head chef at the All Steak for years. After that he and my Grandmother, Ruby went on to host the Swindle Christmas light display for many years.

If everyone knew Cullmans history this video would be very different. Several years ago, Walker Co. had more meth and oxy addicts per capita than any other county in the US. It was a very dry county for decades, then legal alcohol soon brought crime.

Is this a sundown town?

It's 2024, not 1950. No, Cullman is not a sundown town.

I'm not trying to burst your bubble but you are talking to a lifelong Cullman resident and only if you knew the real Cullman this video would be much different

Every town has positive and negative aspects of it. Cullman is no different I’m sure, but we loved our time visiting there and filming all the great stuff we found. Believe me when I say that we’ve been to places all over the state filming, and some have been better than others. Some we chose not to cover at all after seeing it for ourselves. We won’t cover places we don’t think are worth showing to the world. But thanks for watching!

Yes it's so awful that you can walk down any sidewalk at any time of day and not worry about being robbed, raped or shot. Just horrible. Also if it's so bad why are you still there?
