The Skyline offers just two years of OS updates and three years of security updates which pales in comparison by far to Samsung flagship of 7 years of OS update with an additional year of security update.

5 years is standard. No one with tight budget is willing to pay another extra 800 for overpriced Samsung junk. Snapdragon 7 and 8 performance gap and 2 years of difference is not that big compared to the price. Skyline offers more bang for the buck.

When I had to move on from Windows Phone in 2019, I immediately tried "Launcher 10" on Android, and I love it to this day. I need that Windows Phone UI in order to function, lol. 😎👍

I followed Nokia into windows phone (my favourites) and when windows phone were no more, and I had to move to android I followed with what I knew and got a Nokia 8, then the 8.3 and I'm currently using the X30. All have been great phones, so I trust the HMD brand. I know it's the same makes who have made my last 3 Nokia phone, but I'm kinda sad to not see the Nokia branding anymore. I love the look of the topaz skyline, and I really appreciate the classic Lumia style design of the phone. I guess I'm at a crossroads now of whether I continue with HMD or finally leave that Nokia loyalty behind at last (even though Nokia as it were probably haven't made one of my phones since the N8) Great video, really snappy and enjoyable to watch.

🥰 Loving the return of "Fabula design"!!! Would love to see the next model bring back a full rectangular display instead of the rounded corners. My Nokia Lumia 1520 is my favourite phone of all time. I switched from Lumia 1520 to Sony Xperia 1 in 2019, and if I hadn't have just bought an Xperia 1 V a couple months ago, I'd be looking to buy the HMD Skyline.

Loving this! But also.. 50mm equivalent on a phone does NOT produce the same bokeh as a fullfram (or "same as DSLR photography" as you state). That's not how physics work.

I am searching for good flip feature keypad phone in India. There is all worst phone available, in nokia also they provided very poor phone with poor design. Simple sober design matter the most with one whole colour body. Bring a flip feature keypad phone asap in India and give it what's app, gps and UPI payment app scan and pay. Thank you! You don't remember how after the first wave of phones (Nokia 8, 8.1, 7.1) there were multiple hardware issues plaguing the next line that was already cheap with a false android one promise.

@@Anuj_Sharma_here I do have some other Nokia phones amongst family and friends including Nokia 2.2, 8.3, 3.4, 5.3, 2.4, 6.2 and 7.2, as well as some alphanumeric series phones as well (C32, C01 Plus, C3 2020, C21 Plus, G10, G20, G42 etc). Haven't noticed any hardware issues on them yet, not even basic issues related to bluetooth, wi-fi and ports becoming loose.
