Thank you soo much for watching our Milford video. Yes we travelled from Queenstown and came back on same day. But it was a long drive and we were very tired after coming back. Plus we went in Dec, so we got a long day with sunset at 9.00 or 9.30 PM. If you are planning for it, we would suggest staying in Te Anau. It will take some pressure off. Hope that helps.
