Having owned An Omega 2018 blue SMP and a couple of Rolex divers bought at the AD, I agree with David about the experience you get with both. Omega boutiques are amazing and they have great passion for the products and treat you like royalty. Rolex ADs generally don’t have much passion about the products or the history, just the illusory exclusivity of the brand. They’ll try to sell you stuff you don’t want and you may eventually get the call for something you really want but you’ll be a lot older when you do finally get that call. Omega strives to please the customer, but Rolex almost makes you beg for their attention.

The Deep Black is spectacular!!! They have to use that for the next Bond mission. I would LOVE for the next Bond to Scuba again and use that watch.

I had the best customer experience at the Omega boutique on Oxford Street in London. They treated me and my wife to champagne and showed us the tourbillons upstairs. I had never held such an expensive timepiece in my hand before, truly amazing. Ended up buying the CK 859, simply irresistible.

As an owner of 11 Omega Watches, I fully agree on the customer experience as Omega always knocks it out of the park...I just purchased the Burgundy Dial 57 Omega Speedmaster at the Munich Botique when on holiday and the customer service and brand experience carries on globally! On the West Coast of where, I’m assuming you mean the USA, but that’s certainly not obvious from the title - could be the West Coast of absolutely anywhere, and would seem to be more likely to be Britain, so Blackpool, Morecambe, Whitehaven, Aye, Troon etc etc, as Bond is a British cultural icon, so that world make sense, but not the west coast of the UnitedStates…. Remember to put your country 😊 Anyway, great video and lovely to see a salesman going that little bit further to make the potential customer experience that little bit more special - that goes a long way when you’re spending money, particularly big money
