Coptic Orhodox is not Orthodox. They belive that Christ is not God - Thay are not Orthodox - The othodox is not Coptic and Armen they are in shisma. Orthodox are Greek, Bulgarians, Serbian, Russian and all over the world but not Coptic and Armen. This Fr. Peter is misleading the audiance very hard and bad.

imedia7....I am so sorry for you don't know the history of the Christianity? FYI, find out who was St Athanasius and the other Alexandrian fathers? What does the Nicaean creed say? " We believe ... And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, begotten from the Father before all ages, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God,...." So, Jesus is God. The Coptic with the other Oriental Orthodox are the original orthodox as the name implies. The Alexandrian fathers defended the Christian truth. Don’t take my word go and find it for yourself. So, Fr Peter is right and you are wrong. GBU

imedia7, you are almost correct. The Coptic Orthodox Church is part of Oriental Orthodoxy, rather than Eastern Orthodoxy (which is Greek, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, etc). But the Coptics are still considered Orthodox Christians. There are many types of Orthodox Christianity.

Coptics literally Worship Jesus Christ .... They believe Jesus is GOD please do your research or ask a Coptic priest to understand there faith better. This is false comment @imedia7 Coptics believe Jesus is GOD.
