PETTITE FRANCE and ITALIAN VILLAGE NI
Petite France:
Our first stop is Petite France, a French-themed village located in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, about an hour outside of Seoul. This village was built to resemble a French town from the 19th century, complete with colorful buildings, flower gardens, and French-themed exhibitions and performances. Petite France was also used as a filming location for the popular Korean drama "My Love from the Star (2013)" Starring Jun Ji Hyun and Kim Soo Hyun. You might recognize some of the scenes.The clock tower is a recognizable landmark for fans of the drama.
I had a great time exploring Petite France and learning about its history. The village is truly beautiful and offers a unique experience for visitors.
Italian Village:
Our next stop is Italian Village, an Italian inspired architecture located near Petite France in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province. This village was designed to resemble a small Italian town, with colorful houses, narrow streets, and a beautiful harbor.
I had an amazing time exploring Italian Village and enjoying its beautiful views. The village has a lot to offer visitors, from Italian restaurants and cafes to unique shops and boutiques.
