Dr. Keller is one of the most important people in my life. I converted to Christianity as a young adult at Redeemer in 1994, he baptized me, married my husband and I and I briefly worked for him. I owe so so so so much. Overcome with sorrow over the loss of one of the best teachers and unbeknownst to him, one of the best friends I ever had. I hope I see him again one day to tell him what I wish I could right now.

I have been a keen follower of Tim Keller sermons. I have watched all the videos on Discovering the Gospel in Bible books up to 1st and 2nd Samuel. Are there any more awaiting upload? Tim Keller had a thorough and deep knowledge of the scriptures. He will be missed. 😮 I didn’t know Israel was going to have king predicted by Moses. I thought Israel wasn’t supposed to have a king because Yahweh was their king. Granted this is still true because Jesus is true king that delivers us. “Jesus is the king, but also the suffering servant.” - Tim Keller.
