in Indonesia we have the V spa such as V steam or V smoke in almost every SPA even not the high end Spas have it. It can help with odor problems and other V problems, but not recommended to do too often. I was so suprised that its something that uncommon 😅

Ooh do they have Korean spa's? They have different rooms like a charcoal room, oxygen room, yellow dirt room, sauna. It's essentially for you to sleep and detox, and then you could go take a dip in a mugwort bath, or a mineral water bath, a charcoal bath (but you have to shower before and after). It's so cool, it's about 40-45 degrees Celsius and it helps regulate the toxins in your body. Since it's the winter I highly recommend the mugwort bath, it's a little sketchy at first but once you dip and get out your body is warm from the inside so you don't have to depend on a lot of layers of clothing. But some states are quite hot during January so maybe you could go to a colder state 😁
