WorK wise in USA company cultures vary widely , Some companies are super flexible, and Wider job opportunities.. but not so good for H1B /contractor workers.. Most of the same company rules in Germany also apply in USA corporations.

Regarding interviews, it’s nothing about nationalities and it’s more about service based vs product based. All the product based companies interviews are focused on the deep understanding of concepts where as service based are more focused on shallow understanding of the concept (which is enough in my opinion)

Hello Deepu Garu, Recently I visited Germany in October for 2 weeks as a photography trip, The Country is beautiful, with scenic landscapes, historic towns...Few significant things noticed differences .. Gas prices are $8.00 per gallon vs $3.50 in USA. owning home in major towns is no less than $1million, renting is more feasible in Germany. Unlike USA nothing is free there parking ..toilets.. every where need to pay money keeping cash handy is essential, Public transportation is cheap.. Hotels are reasonable .. Roads are way narrow in the countryside. Auto Bahn is great enjoyed driving on Auto Bahn ...restaurants are quite expensive. ..For visiting and traveling Germany is OK , I also heard they have one of the best heath care system compared to US.. People are not so friendly compared to US ..these are a few i noticed.
