Can you explain how to loop around the wires? And which one goes where? Some more specifics would be appreciated

Just wired up my outlets the same way, and getting no power. Hoping it's just something as simple as a grounding issue.

Where did you get the piggy back fuse? Much neater than splicing into the loom
