Great commentary, but if only I can find a lawyer willing to assist me on a limited retainer basis, that is payment at a latter time, or in stages, that would be awesome.

You should be able to find lawyers who will agree to delayed payments, but it depends upon the circumstances of your case. You may have to look a bit harder though.

I believe it's 2 hours for action commenced under Rule 76 (simplified procedure) and 7 hours for ordinary procedure.
