I received an employment contract with many ridiculous and restrictive terms, including all the ones you mentioned, but most ridiculous of all, I will have post employment obligations to assist the company if requested to do so and they did not specify any time frame, which could mean indefinitely. I obviously asked them to change this, but I think that would be asking them to spend money on a lawyer, when they could just find someone else who can’t read.

What about common law & UCC law, and your name in upper & lower case asked to speak out in on micro phone in court recordings. Should I self represent myself or retain a lawyer. Simply asking because I actually have used one recently in a court matter .. which I mailed certified mail… prosecutors never responded .. and in court judge tried to steer away and say it wasn’t a motion made before the court

That was before they diagnosed me with Lupus, which has corrected itself. I said SEPTA was also responsible. I bought a car that I couldn't drive for a long time because I had a brace on my leg and a sling on my arm. What's worse, I fell into a pool of urine at the bottom of the steps. Years ago, (before Stella Liebeck), a cup of hot tea splashed up on my face at McDonald's when my oldest son was a baby, left arm and right thigh. I still have scars on my arm and thigh. Someone also ran into me whhen I was going to pick up my children from school and I tripped and fell on a sidewalk walk and got a concussion. While I was on my way from work, someone crashed their SUV into the SEPTA bus my eldest son and I were on at the exact spot where we were sitting almost two years ago. Oh, my Pontiac Grand Prix spun out after an interview with Morgan Stanley while going onto the Expressway to go back home. I was interviewing for a job as a Financial Advisor. I believe there were nails in the road. A Police Officer had to help change my tire. It was a Pontiac Grand Prix. Someone also ran into my car when I was on my way to pick my children up from school. The impact bruised my chest and I passed out at first. I had to stay eith my mother because they gave me oxycodone. I don't remember everything, but I was in the hospital. It was too strong, and I had to endure the pain because I had to take care of my children. Mushrooms were growing through the floor of one house I rented because it kept flooding, and the last house I rented also had a serious problem with flooding, electric, heat, and some other structural issues. There was actually a hole in the wall of the house and water was coming from under the floor.

Yes, law is a perspective. But repeating that argument for an hour doesn’t get anyone anywhere. Written laws versus spoken was a step taken to eliminate subjectivity. Rule of law versus rule of man was another step to eliminate subjectivity. “Law cannot violate inalienable rights” has been the ultimate step to eliminate subjectivity. Though I really wish I could afford a lawyer since it may alleviate many issues after my passing, I am grateful to have information like this available. For now my only viable option is a hollographic will. I was pressured into making a will with my parents religious organisation as soon as I turned 19 and they made sure include their share of my assets after I passed. Actually the lawyer lied because he was personal friends with the municipal judge married to a Superior Court Judge. Had just a quiet title from the city over a 100 yr old statute the city knew about but did not tell any community member. They were selling street vacations when the head of Planning knew about the statute that required the dedicated easement be opened in five years after recording or reverts to property owner. The street vacations sold to sidelying owners at half assessed value when they already owned it, but money going into pocket of state senator, head of planning etc. Corruption. The court had no jurisdiction, and the attorney lied to me. He donated to her husband's campaign fund, and parties at their house, but did not tell me of the conflict. The repeat shop lifter neighbor got a break by saying I harassed her. Not so, they were harassing me. The Harassment Order was entered without her present when hearing for order entered. Judge refused to vacate it, saying I was not harmed, yet! Again it should have been dismissed again. How does one trust these attorneys when they have your property on their computer when you walk into their office to interview them and ask if I own both acres. Didn't hire her. Ultimately in whistle blowing case my 2nd attorney sued me for fees for 4 month misdemeanor. He filed nothing, did not present evidence he showed me that exonerated me. A photo taken by police w 430mm camera that got forever lost. After paying $12ksued me for more fees, and trying to.get discovery and represent myself he got the judge to award him his bill bloated with his costs for using me, $70K including what I already paid him She awarded him $70k in Summary Judgement denying me any discovery! He added into the fee and put a lien my house and got the first $70k when I was forced to sell. I was so beaten down I did not ask for Reconsideration, not knowing about it, but it was so political no attorney would take my case. I had a total of 5 attorneys from start of initial order entered against Statute requirements, two for the case filed to get me to move and shut up about fraud I discovered,. I discovered racketeering in my city and they came after me with a fraudulent charge. All attorneys, even the Superior and Appeal court list cause he did not present the transcript with the written appeal. That liars their review with no exceptions. I knew better than that, that is why I paid for the transcript. God these people are crooks!!!! All and everyone from the judges to my Defending attorneys. The system is rigged by corruption and seen it again and again, Men live taking a woman's assets if she accumulated any, and support each other. They are not there for you. I know a program you can defend yourself with excellent information that you can outdo any corrupted lawyer, or at least make an appealable case.

Based on perspectives ,that cant be! Thats why Innocent men and women are dying! Because people though what someone looked like or what was wearing or what they were doing looked suspicious to them! Because the cop was afraid for his safety because his perspective was the bigger man , who is displaying a normal reaction of confusion and the need to protect themselves because their life is really in danger having a gun pointed at them and three , five cops are attacking him at the same time, the cop thinks he has a weapon when the suspect never had a gun and it was never proven he did anything wrong and there was no legal right for the cops to even approach the victim much less attack and kill him.
