@@BAll-n7w Actually, all involved work for a pittance. 'Mining' gold, pan by pan is a fool's errand. But, if you've followed along, that's exactly what they're doing -- usually. They'll be lucky to work a rocker-box. They are constantly being RUN OFF with short notice. So none of their gear can weigh much, or work well. Parker's wash plant technology would absolutely fry their brains.

Wow! What a great video. you so well articulated. Monetary and Fiscal policies should work hand in hand to have a full effect, but we live in an era where government just doesn't care, it will spend and double-down and spend more and more.. it just doesn't care, and it would debilitate the monetary policy. The sad outcome will be likely BOTH the transition to a digital dollar CBDC that will give ultimate control to the government thus shrinking even more the independence of the central bank. At some point the central bank will have no actual meaning left. Honestly, it feels we're not too far from it already..... I would buy Bitcoin and buy hard assets like gold /silver as a store of value while also actively trading...The only wild card for us investors is to actively engage the market by trading, it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Kerrie Farrell, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape....

Parker, Tony don't use MERCURY -- which these Brazilian dudes clearly ARE doing. Using water and earth moving is utterly harmless to the environment. The Canadian and Alaskan authorities won't permit miners to use 'Monitors' -- last used a century and more ago. See "Pale Rider" the film for how it used to be done. Yeah, the technique is in the film, itself. That type of hydro-dynamic damage is prohibited -- in both Canada and American -- everywhere. Sending sediment down river absolutely pissed off down-stream farmers. Otherwise, it had no environmental impact worth the bother. Yeah, we don't like screwing up salmon fisheries or flooding out farmland every Spring. So long as the new nation needed the gold, both were tolerated.

That pit is in Brazil. A similar 19th Century pit existed in Africa -- dedicated to diamond mining. That pit still exists -- and is a tourist attraction. It's still considered the largest manually dug pit anywhere in planet Earth. To see it, is to have your mind boggled. Cecil Rhodes made/ stole his fortune from that pit -- and established Rhodes Scholarships (See Bill Clinton, the very late, Khris Kristofferson, et al.) His was an utterly ruthless time, so like Bill Gates, he made his staggering fortune by ruining others. (See also: John D Rockefeller.) Rhodes never mined a single diamond. He 'rented' steam driven water pumps required to evacuate the very, very wet diggings. It was a hole in the ground, after all. He kept fucking over every illiterate diamond miner, one-by-one, until he had the exclusive rights to the entire Kimberlite pipe. [ For geology buffs: a Kimberlite pipe is established billions of years ago, before the Earth had a decent atmosphere -- it was a molten ball of rock. When an iron asteroid smashed into the Earth it could drive 100 ot 200 kilometers deep in a single thrust -- as the whole body was liquid goo. After the penetration was stopped, the mantle surged back up with astronomical violence, covering the entire 150 kilometers in SECONDS -- bringing up with it diamonds which are as common as stardust from way, way down below. This sequence is why all of the diamond deposits have this character. They never come from sedimentary rocks -- only Kimberlite pipes... which are strangely concentrated in southern Africa. Go figure. It's like an ancient bombardment showered Africa -- shotgun style -- all at the same time. South Africa's gold fields have a similar origin, too. An immense asteroid collision, could've been the Moon, created a mind boggling punch in the Mantle billions of years ago, long before oxygen became a factor in the Earth's atmosphere. The reflux created the largest 'reef system' this planet has ever experienced -- with all of the African gold embedded within the arc of impact -- hundreds of kilometers across -- and going way, way, way deep. It never stops. We stop. We can't take the 50 degree Centigrade local rock temperatures, that's why.
