It upsets me that there are so little viewers, likes, and subs when AMain Hobbies provides such useful and important info, and there are thousands of people that are in RC 😕

You're running only 21,5t motors?! In Germany, we are running 17,5t with a 5.0:1 gear ratio.

It's a mix of 17.5 and 21.5. Some started going to 21.5's and the lap times went down. The track is fairly small so not a lot of power is needed.

No unfortunately, but wish I did. I still remember the first time I watched Samsong Fong (spelling?) wheel that thing around Sheldons. RCMart bought the brand and was trying hard to get us to carry it, but for whatever reason we didn't. Are you trying to pick up one of those cars? -Brett

Sadly, on-road has somewhat fallen out of favor in the United States, but thankfully it is still going strong in other parts of the world. Different R/C's fall in and out of style depending on the current trends. It all comes around. Touring cars are also great street bashers and can be made to be really, really fast! But something like the Traxxas 4-Tec would be more ideal for that applications, rather than this refined and expensive race car. -Brett

These Yokomo Touring Cars are excellent options. But are you looking for a kit, or an assembled ready-to-run model? Serpent offers their S411 in RTR form and it's pretty nice: www.amainhobbies.com/serpent-s411-1-10-rtr-4wd-electric-touring-car-ser400007/p245047 -Brett

@@AMain_Hobbies I don’t mind doing a kit. But the serpent might be more in the price range for how often I would use it. Trying to focus on my b74.1d build right now. Ran into a few issues that I got straightened out. But now my steering seems to be slightly bound after I installed the axles I believe. Any ideas?
@AMain_Hobbies4 жыл бұрын
@@murphcore88 You're assembling the vehicle now and the steering is binding after installing the axles and hubs? Did the axles feel bound up when you assembled them? Maybe the steering knuckle is bound in the steering hub? Shouldn't be though. Hmm, that's a tough one without being able to see it. -Brett
