Ryan Clark is the only level-headed, realistic analyst I've seen this week w. alll this SB coverage. He is speaking nothing but facts! It truly drives me insane that all of these biased fanboys act like Mahomes is already the God-given GOAT & that going to the SB even 1 more time is a for sure 100% given. It's extremely difficult to get there, let alone WIN it, & there is often a bit of luck involved (i.e. injuries & playoff seeding...which is somewhat predicated on your strength of schedule and the timing of when you play certain teams that are hot). I just hate the entitled attitude-by both the media and Chiefs fans-that automatically assumes that KC will return again year after year, or like they are sooo superior to everyone else when that is simply NOT true. The NFL has more parity right now than I've ever seen in my lifetime and the Chiefs are not immune to having a bad game. ANYTHING can happen any season...or any given Sunday. The media/NFL is just foaming at the mouth to crown Mahomes king of everything that it's becoming unbearable to even listen to these guys anymore. KC fans are literally the only ones who see nothing wrong or obnoxious about it. Just let the man play and build his own dmn legacy...FFS. He's great, but he is not invincible & there are plenty of other teams/players that are elite too and could very well dethrone the Chiefs. I think a lot of people out here that truly love NFL football are just getting tired of the narratives constantly being forced down our throats & would like to just be able to enjoy watching a good, gritty, hard-fought battle between 2 great teams with HONEST officiating & zero favoritism by the refs, and especially by those announcing the game. And we'd like to watch without having to hear the constant hype & media commentary on Mahomes "legacy". Like, highlight some other players that don't get a ton of coverage, bring up some interesting stats, or talk about, IDK?, the actual play & schemes that are happening on the field. The one-man show is just obnoxious & exhausting after awhile, no matter who that player is. I mean, do you know how many ELITE teams and even full-blown dynasties thought that they would be back to the big stage over & over only to come up just an inch short??? Ryan Clark even said it himself. I just wish those type of "hype" fans & the media would chill tf out, stop incessantly pushing a certain storyline, and talk about something interesting or football related that we haven't all heard like 7,000 times already...please.

If we're talking about just the player excluding championships, Aaron Rodgers is easily top 5 but because he has not had the success in the postseason as other greats, he is borderline top 5 IF THAT and this is coming from a Packers fan. Fair or unfair, championships are the measuring stick when it comes to the Quarterback position and Patrick Mahomes will have to get at least close to Brady in terms of Championships if he wants to be in the goat conversation. Why does Ryan say that Brady didn't have a good Superbowl against the Chiefs? Brady was like 21/29 with 3 TD, no INT, and a QB rating over 125.
