Discussion | Effectiveness of 'labour blitz' strategy

The Minister of Employment and Labour Nomakhosazana Meth and her Deputy, Phumzile Mgcina, have embarked on a blitz inspections focusing on the Fishing, Dairy, and the Steel manufacturing sectors in Nelson Mandela Bay Metro Municipality and Kouga Municipality in the Eastern Cape.
The surprise visit to these companies is to ensure they comply with the working conditions.
