Does the SAPS have special units that deal with vulnerable groups in society? Women, children, the elderly, GBV victims…sexual assaults, rapes. These would require special procedures to act immediately… 13 days is a long time!!!

They did , until bheki cele disbanded special units including the child protection unit, the behavioural unit and the violent crimes unit which has really affected their effectiveness Currently the police station that a docket is opened up at is the station that deals with the case. In a country with a high volume of serials (murder, violent crimes and rape) breaks down the requirements needed to focus efforts and specialists up and no cross communication between stations

Sickos have become to comfortable in our society we need harsher laws and more policing both on a community level aswell as a governmental level. The social support system needs a revamp where there are safe spaces for children who run away from home can go to and the state can step in. However in our country alot of the funding meant for the right things tend to go walkies its sad really because its the innocent who depend on others who suffer. I pray shes found alive 🙏

This mother and Bf are involved they thought when they report Joslin missing it would of been just nothing just like the rest of our children that go missing , but this blew up in their face they regret this joslin will be found they will soon be arrested

Did the Police search inside Joshlin Home.Also at the Homes of These Suspects who People saw Joshlin walk with.The Person who saw Joshlin should know more.Give a Reward.What does Mother Employee say was she really at Work.The Boyfriend Background is he SA Or International who is Joshlin Friends did they Notice any Strange Men in their Area.This is Serial Crime

Wouldn't be surprised if the government was selling our kids for huge profit ,it is the fastest growing industry, as as more "pedos" or Maps make themselves more public and push for acceptance this will be the result, kids dnt just disappear into thin air ,neither is someone stealing them to raising them well as their own .. .......at 7 years old.
