Couple of objections. Till when does the expropriation go back to? Since the colonial settlers came? (By their arrival it doesn't necessarily mean they stole any land, there was purchases made) or pre colonial? Which means the Khoi and Khoisan was here first, so will they get the land? Also, to whom does the expropriation go to? There can be many descendants of past owners, do they split it fifty fifty? Will land be expropriated in proportion to the ownership at a time? For example if a tribal leader owned 90% of an area will his/her descendes get that and the remaining 10% to the tribe leaders people? What if 100 years from now the stats show 90% is owned by black people. Will they expropriate from them and distribute?
