A group of Cuban trained South African doctors who have been in overseas for the Nelson Mandela Fidel Castro Medical Collaboration Programme, are back in the country. The program started in 1996 as a collaboration between the two governments, with the intention of improving the South Africa's workforce capacity in the health sector.
