Sorry to say but this interview sounds a lot like a straw many building exercise. To argue that De Ruyter was obligated to report these things, knowing that he was poisoned at a meeting with top cANCer officials, is quite ballsy. This Peter Goss makes it sound as if it would have just been a simple thing to report these crimes. Sure a CEO has some obligations but criticising him for not risking his life to expose criminal government officials that will never be prosecuted by the SA legal system is ridiculous! This Peter Goss certainly sounds like he has an agenda that he is singing.

The fact of the matter is De Ruyter failed in his duties as a CEO of Eskom and of-course Nampak i believe he already had alterior motives when he applied to be CEO at Eskom it was not in good faith to deliver on his co-operate duties instead he became an undercover agent for political opposition parties and focused more on being an agent than a CEO who was meant to deliver on his mandate so he failed dismally as an accounting officer to turn the company's fortunes that is the highlight of his career!!!
