No 1 before European winter, France thanked SA for delivery of coal, mentioned sum of R130 billion worth of coal, coal was also supplied to Italy and Germany. No 2 roads were blocked to Richard's Bay with thousands of lorries loaded with coal No 3 now we have China and Russia having military practice outside Richard's Bay, was it to to protect the ships leaving the ports with coal?
