I suffered the gross corruption and negligent ineptitude of our supposed child protection system when my daughter was 'too young' for her verbal testimony to be heard. The police, court and Childline grossly exacerbated our case. In addition, my Family Advocate represantive urged me to have the accused, his family, the Family Advocate's advocate and the presiding judge investigated based on how the court case unfolded. This was more than ten years ago. Our legal system does NOT provide support, transparency, honorability and resources to protect our children, and especially those who fall under the 'tender years' legislation. In addition, there are vast rings of wealthy families, professionals and legal persons who participate in this space, and who all protect each other. The person involved continues to be a primary school teacher.
